Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across Saginaw, Bay City, Midland and the Tri-Cities area
Every job we do is a roll-off: an open-top container delivered by a specially equipped truck and placed directly on your driveway, property or job site, that sits there while you fill it, and that goes back on the truck when you call. It is built for large volumes of debris and heavy materials — furniture, yard waste, construction debris, roofing, concrete, drywall and more — far beyond what a household bin or the curb can handle. This page is about the box itself: the sizes, the weight, the space it needs and what the price covers.
The yard is at 1201 S Wheeler St, Saginaw, MI 48602 — inside the City of Saginaw, Saginaw County, on a City street on the west side of the river, near M-46 (Gratiot Avenue), with M-13, I-675 and I-75 a short run further. Approximate road miles from the yard: central Saginaw about 4, Carrollton about 6, Zilwaukee and Bridgeport about 9, Freeland about 12, Hemlock about 13, St. Charles about 16, Bay City and Reese about 17, Merrill about 18, Frankenmuth about 19, Birch Run about 20, Auburn and Essexville about 21, Vassar about 22, Midland about 24 and Chesaning about 27.

How a roll-off works
The truck backs in and sets the container on the spot you agreed. You load it over the open top, keeping everything level with or below the top rim for safe transport — and please do not move it once it is placed; if it needs moving, call us and we take care of it. Spread the weight evenly. Call or text when it is done; the truck comes back, loads it and hauls it, covered or tied down the way Michigan law requires so nothing drops, sifts, leaks or blows off (MCL 257.720).
Space is the thing to check before you book: a flat, solid surface such as a driveway or paved area, enough room for the truck to back in and set the container down, and clear space overhead, free of low branches and wires. Parked cars and other obstacles are the usual problems, and measuring the spot ahead of time helps. Any street placement needs permission first — in Saginaw, a written permit from the City Engineer (City Code § 96.004).
What the flat rate includes
We provide flat-rate pricing whenever possible, and you get one clear price before delivery. It covers delivery and pickup, your rental period and disposal within the weight limit for your size. The price itself depends on the dumpster size, the rental length, the type of debris, its weight and disposal requirements, and the delivery location within Saginaw County and the nearby areas — which is why we quote each job rather than publish a price list. Additional charges may apply for excess weight, restricted materials or extra rental time, and we explain all of it on the first call. No hidden fees. Call (989) 930-1786 for your price.

Roll-off rental around Saginaw — where the loads go
Michigan says where a load can go: a hauler carrying solid waste over a public road must deliver it to a disposal area, or a processing and transfer facility, licensed or registered under the state's solid waste law (MCL 324.11527), and every load we haul goes to a licensed Mid Michigan disposal or recycling facility, with concrete, asphalt, metal, clean wood, cardboard, yard waste and soil recycled whenever possible. Not every public site takes private loads: the Bay City transfer station does not accept waste from private haulers, and the City of Midland Landfill takes only waste generated in Midland County, so neither is where our loads go. What stays out of the box matters as much — used oil, lead-acid batteries, regulated hazardous waste, liquids, PCBs and asbestos waste, plus whole tires, returnable beverage containers and yard waste beyond small amounts (MCL 324.11514). Haulers that landfill waste must remind their customers every year what Michigan bans and where it can go instead (MCL 324.11527a); our what can and cannot go in guide is part of that. On the road, every load is covered or tied down (MCL 257.720).
Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
What is the difference between a roll-off and a front-load dumpster?
Roll-off dumpsters are open-top containers delivered for temporary projects like cleanouts, remodels and construction. Front-load dumpsters are for ongoing commercial trash service. We specialize in roll-offs.
How full can I load it?
Keep all debris level with or below the top rim for safe transport, and keep the weight evenly spread. If you need more room, call and we arrange a swap or an additional bin.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. As long as we know where to place the dumpster and the area is clear, you do not need to be home. The same goes for pickup.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day whenever possible. Call before noon and we can often have a dumpster on site that afternoon.
Can I not just haul it to the dump myself?
You can, for a few loads — but cover or tie down the load, because Michigan law requires it (MCL 257.720). City of Saginaw residents can use the City Convenience Station on the second Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to noon, one visit a month, with loads tied down and tarped and no roofing shingles. Midland County residents get one free load of up to 3 cubic yards a month at the City of Midland Landfill. A roll-off is the option when the job is more than a couple of trips, or you would rather not make them.
What does a roll-off cost in Saginaw?
It depends on the size, the rental length, the type and weight of the debris and the delivery location, so we quote each job rather than publish prices. The quote is flat-rate whenever possible and covers delivery, pickup, the rental period and disposal within the weight limit — typically two to three tons on a 10 or 15 yard, up to five to six on a 40. Call (989) 930-1786 with the address and what is going in and you will have one clear price before delivery.
