Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-friendly roll-off containers for Saginaw-area homeowners clearing garages, attics, remodels, roofs, moves, estates and yards.

Services
Seven service lines out of one yard in Saginaw. Same containers, same flat-rate pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.
Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a garage near Old Town, a roofer on a tear-off in Freeland, a property manager turning over apartments in Bay City and a landscaper clearing storm limbs in Midland all get the same clean container and the same flat-rate pricing. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the city, village, township or state where the job sits has to say about it.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (989) 930-1786 and describe it — most do not, and that is fine.

Pick your size
Any container runs on any service. Weight is what usually decides the size, not how much room the pile takes up.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the address, what you are clearing — a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard, a job site — what you are tossing, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
We recommend the right size, so you do not pay for more than you need or run out of space, and you get a flat-rate quote whenever possible that covers delivery, pickup, the rental period and disposal within the weight limit. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on a flat, solid surface rather than the lawn, with protection boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when available. You do not need to be home if the area is clear.
Keep it level with or below the top rim and keep the problem items out — paint, solvents and other liquids, oil and fuel, chemicals, car batteries, tires, propane tanks and fuel containers, medical waste and asbestos. Electronics go to recycling instead. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Call or text when it is full — in most cases we can collect your bin within 24 hours. The load is covered or tied down for the road and goes to a licensed Mid Michigan disposal or recycling facility, with concrete, wood and metal recycled whenever possible.
A two-minute call gets the size right, a straight answer on price and a delivery window.

Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Yes — seventeen communities across Saginaw, Tuscola, Bay and Midland counties, each with its own page. What differs from town to town is the street permit, the hauler licence and who collects refuse — the City Engineer permit in Saginaw, Bay City's yearly hauler franchise, the Essexville and Tittabawassee Township licences, and the city, village and township collection systems in Frankenmuth, Reese, Vassar, Zilwaukee and Carrollton Township — and each town page says what that town asks for. We are licensed and insured.
Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of our yard on S Wheeler St to every town below. Many orders go out same-day when available; distance and route timing decide the rest. Street placement and hauling rules differ from town to town, and each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
